I took my 11 week old baby to the royal last night for a high temp, when i was seen by the doctor i felt like he thought i was wasting his time and did not get the impression that he gave a damn about my baby. He was really rough when examining her and barely communicated with me!

I am not happy with the service i was given on this occasion, it may have been the hundredth baby he had seen all day but she is my only little girl! A little empathy and bed side manner would have gone a long way!
