I visited CDU and was admitted to ward 727 . I would just like to say how well I was treated by every member of staff. Be it consultants. Doctors nurses auxiliaries . cleaners and everyone one in between. I was treated with dignity and respect. All of the staff work extremely hard.I am sure they all give a lot more than they are paid for.I also thought the food was excellent. It was hot and fresh and very tasty and I am quite hard to please with regards to food. I have no complaints towards the queen Elizabeth hospital at all. Thank you to all who made my stay a very pleasant one. So much so that I felt I was on a mini holiday. Thanks again to all concerned.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about the quality of care that you have received from staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. We are delighted to hear that you have had such a positive experience and that you were treated with dignity and respect during this time. Thank you also for your comments regarding the food, this can be challenging to get right as people have such differing tastes and preferences. The catering team have recently made a number of improvements to the menus and try hard to ensure it reaches the patient in the best condition at the right temperature.
