I would like to say a heart felt thank you to all the staff on heather ward who have been part of the care & treatment of my friend.
They have all been caring, kind, considerate and professional.
In a time when the NHS is constantly being criticised in the media for failing it's patients, I have witnessed just what a special health care service we have.
