About: Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital

Had to attend for an x-ray on referal from my dentist. Was seen 5 mins earlier than appointed time, which was great. However I found the radiologist quite abrupt in their manner. Was told to remove my earnings, but they complained after that I had a chain on. Well they didn't ask me prior to the xray! Maybe they had a bad day! Parking whilst free is hit and miss, I was lucky on this occasion but in no hurry to return.

We are sorry your experience of Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital was not an entirely positive one.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust does provide the Walk in Centre service at this hospital but the staff in the x-ray service are employed by Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
