"Rude staff"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

My wife just gave birth a week ago and turns out that she has theroud cancer anyhow to cut the long story short we had to go to Ent at main outpatient buildning at st mary'S hospital and we all went up the first floor at 1pm , both receptions were empty all doors wide open , i heard noise from the kitchen/staff room and lnocked the door and politely apologised for the interruption of their tea time , i asked if there was a receptionist available and all 3 of them told me off that i should not be entering here and that i had to leave , all they were doing was laughing and very rude answering back, ..... Very poor level of staff no communication skills, no help , is this a hospital where we should be cared about ? my 1 week old daughter and wife left very disappointed we didnt even hot to do the vocal check , poor her she has to go under the knife in a few days time let alone the stress and caring for the baby is something else , i wish i could take this further because this level of treatment is very very bad
