About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

Continue to be even more disappointed by this hospital. Firstly I have already made a complaint nearly four weeks ago via telephone and still I have heard nothing back. Everything seems to take so long, no department seems to communicate or know what the other department is doing, lack of checking the full notes, leading to mis-communication with me and even more disappointment, How hard is it to read some notes? Rude reception staff and ridiculous waiting times when you go to clinic.

I have lost all faith in this hospital and find it very hard to believe that they will not operate on any one that is even a little overweight.
