About: Birmingham Women's Hospital

The care and consideration I have received over the last 7 years by the Gynaecology Department has been outstanding. My consultant and their team, has enabled me to have a better quality of life, through their specialism and care. Furthermore, what upholds this is their wonderful secretary, where nothing has ever been too much trouble, and ensures that your appointments are as swift as needed. The Women's Hospital overall is well looked after, considering it is a little tired as a building, the cleanliness is outstanding. Full credit to all cleaning staff, as their hard work never goes unnoticed. I am very satisfied that my health has been placed in the care of staff at BWH, long may the care and dedication of staff continue to be recognised and appreciated.

Thank you so much for taking the time feedback about your care with us over the past 7 years.

Our Trust is proud of its values which it sounds as if we have consistently held up for you during your care.

Your feedback has been shared with the Gynae teams and their secretaries and also our Estates and Facilities team who look after, as you rightly said, our weary building but in spite the work so hard to keep it gleaming and strong.

It is so lovely to be recognised by our patients for whom we deliver our services. Thank you again.
