"Overnight Stay"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Had to call the ambulance out to my 73 year old mum after a suspected heart issue,

Very prompt and the 999 operator stayed with me on the phone up until arrival,

Lovely ambulance staff, thorough and respectful,

Swift assessment at the hospital, all staff although extremely busy were efficient and helpful,

Doctors were brilliant, cheering her up and reassuring her,

in the morning rang up for an update, two minute hold while mum was located and I was transferred to a helpful person, once I satisfied some security checks they effecently answered all my questions and passed a message to my mum,

A very good service indeed and the waiting room didn't have a free seat when we left so they are obviously working flat out,

Thank you to everyone envolved in mums care you are brilliant :)
