"A review for a great ENT consultant"

I was admitted into hospital very poorly, night sweats, constant sickness, one side of my neck was so swollen you couldn't see my jawline :( I was so dehydrated they had to try 8 times to get a canular in. With the biggest fear of needles it was scary. From the second I was admitted I had the most amazing consultant who looked after me for the 5 days I was in, but it didn't end there. After a camera down my throat, a CT scan and a needle biopsy we was no closer to answers, the needle biopsy came back inconclusive. My consultant rang me themself to explain the results were inconclusive and arranged to see them within 2 weeks. My lymph nodes were still swollen and they then arranged within 10 days to have a full biopsy. I had my operation done and they were probably fed up of me after countless questions but they made me feel as positive as I could be with a massive needle phobia :( Im leaving this review to just praise their skills as a surgeon, consultant and not only that but very approachable when you may be feeling nervous they will reassure you! Couldn't of wished for better care. They made me laugh aswell as being so professional and thorough from start to finish. So thank you to you and your team. Xxx
