My son was admitted to A and E today with a head injury.The admissions process was so smooth and expedient with the area much improved from the past.His treatment was excellent even though the area was full, he was seen quickly and with consideration to his condition. The nurse who cared for him was so kind and attentive, as were all the staff there. Well done Medway despite all the negative ratings re special measures.
