I would like to thank Paul for his prompt reply concerning this issue. As the SUC rep for JBU Ward I reported these concerns from some the service users in your care. I am pleased to hear that there has been a speedy return to the newly refurbished ward, and that washing facilities are again accessable. I look forward to seeing the new ward this month.
