"Amazing care sad about the cleaning standards"

About: Epsom Hospital

Brought by ambulance to A and E where the Dr was waitlng for me as I am a chemotherapy patient at Guys.Drs ,nurses were wonderful on a very busy day.Was admitted to AMU where I still currently am in a private room as i had been vomiting etc.The nursesare absolutely wonderful,so caring even tho there are times they are running about like headless chickens,their dedication is amazing

Now for the negative point,cleaning standards are appaling!!

I am supposed to haveextra cleaning so I dread to think whatanormal cleaning is

Such a shame to let this wonderful down by this

More training must begiven

We are concerned to hear that the cleaning is not to the standard expected. We have passed this on to the ward management team, as well as our Facilities Team, so that this can be addressed.
