"Amazing staff!"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

After spending 5 hours in A&E last night whilst the amazing staff cared for my daughter I am overwhelmed by the care & support we were shown by the A&E staff, they have one of the most difficult jobs to do and they they managed to do it with smiles on their faces and completely put us at ease. I cannot praise this department enough! My daughter was admitted to the surgical day ward and the nursing staff there were also amazing, they went out of their way to accommodate us and my daughters care was second to none. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the reception staff for this ward....one person in particular who was extremely rude to us and I feel that maybe they should be more understanding of how people are feeling whilst visiting a hospital. Overall though I am happy and proud to say we have an excellent hospital in this city and we should all count ourselves lucky to have access to these services but also that we have such wonderful people working there. Many thanks to all who helped us.
