A collection of errors...

My issue: Tooth was chipped - root exposed - 7 injection attempts before a senior dentist was called, who requested an 'industrial' anaesthetic and applied a gel directly to tooth - The device that blows air was used to blow air directly onto my exposed root - this can't be explained any other way than torture - One nurse even laughed at me while I was in agony...lovely - The 2 dental nurses disagreed on procedure - which I'm sure you will appreciate made me feel very uneasy - Filling was used to re-build tooth and fill in the missing chipped section - - This was the wrong colour - a horrible yellow not even close to my natural tooth colour - - This was the wrong shape - not even close to my natural tooth shape, too large and couldn't even close my mouth - this meant I couldn't chew food because my back teeth couldn't be close enough - I was told this filling was a 'permanent' fix and when I asked if I should eat soup for a while I was told - you could 'eat an apple' with this new tooth 'it's fine' - I was careful with what I ate for a while, and when I finally ate solid food (a sandwich) my filling came out, my root was exposed, and as a result I was subject to 2 weeks of absolute agony - While my tooth was exposed, it got infected as a result - due to this I had to get a root canal - further costs and irreversible treatment - all comes back to the horrible service provided at the dental hospital
