"no respect for patient"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

Yesterday i visited with my son outpatient pediatric surgical

We waited a long time (for appointment 6 months, in hospital 1.5 hours) but I understand that hospital have some delates. Friendly service at registration, but the doctor was unfriendly, they snapped at me When i was trying to ask them any question. After a long time waiting for the visit I was hope to be treated with the respect. Very unhappy .
