The hospital is very clean.

What could be improved

Everything apart from hygiene. The doctors and nurses never communicated with eachother efficiently. They managed to loose 4 of my mums blood tests in a row! My mum has been ill since july and they still have not done any necessary tests on her because it is too expensive. Therefore my mum has kept on being discharged only to collapse and be taken back into hospital. This is the 4th time she has been admitted to hospital by ambulance. I am so disgusted with the way they are not helping my mum. They simply give her painkillers, say they cannot find what is wrong and send her home to deal with it. Its totally outragious. My mum has no life now because she is too ill to do anything and they are too busy or incompetent to help her. If we had the money my mum would have gone private months ago. Its breaking my heart watching my mum go through all of this. If only they will do what they are supposed to do and arrange the necessary tests and appointments for her then this could have been sorted a long time ago.

Anything else?

The parking tariff is so expensive. I find it totally inconsiderate that they squeeze money out of vulnerable people becuase they now we have to pay for it weather we like it or not.
