"Nothing but praise!"

December 10th 2015. I had an appointment in the ENT dept for 15.30 and it was pointed out on a notice board in the waiting area that the time of the appointment was the time to report, not the time of the consultation. However, I was seen at 15.50 just 20 minutes "late" by the consultant who was most professional and personable and explained all that was going to happen on this visit and put me at ease totally. They were not aloof in the slightest and when I left after the visit I felt absolutely reassured.
