With not a very pleasant experience with labour in a different hospital last time we chose Queens. The service I must say was excellent. We were given the right information from triage and we're managed really well. The mid wife was excellent as they conducted the whole labour fully in control and still was so calm. They did an excellent job. We had slight issues on posted natal ward as discharge was hurried so information was not very clear but over all was excellent service and we are very satisfied

I’m delighted to hear about your experience and congratulations on the birth of your baby. Thank you for taking the time to comment on your care. It’s wonderful to know that everyone treated you well, I am very proud of everyone in the maternity department as they have worked extremely hard to make sure that all our patients we care for get a positive experience. I will ensure that your comments are passed onto them, thank you one again for taking the time to make us aware of your experience. Your comment regarding the discharge process will be fedback to the staff so that they can learn from your experience.
