"Visit to A&E and follow up at Fracture clinic"

I attended A&E with my 15 year old daughter who had injured her ankle and was in a lot of pain. We were dealt with quickly and courteously by the staff, and once we went through to urgent care saw a very thorough and kind nurse who reassured my daughter and also considered a wide range of possibilities in terms of the injury and treatments. They referred us to the fracture clinic. Our follow up appointment there was very efficient and again very thorough. The professionalism of staff and their thoughtfulness towards the needs of my daughter and I has been outstanding.
