"No Service. No acknowledgement of complaint."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

In July 2015 I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours. I brought it back to the Cardiology

Dept by hand. Since then I have rang repeatedly to try and find out results. I was told on at least 3 occasions they had not been done because of a backlog. Then I was told I hadn't worn the monitor and that is what they were waiting for. Then I was told that

I had, but they had lost it. Then I was told they had found it and passed the results to my GP. The GP has confirmed they have never had them. Why are you so poor? Why will no one discuss my results with me? Why has no one acknowledged my written complaint of the 30th

September. ?
