In my case, it definately could have been better.
I arrived early for my appointment, at Northwick Park Hospital, only for me to ask if I will be seen for the removal of my wisdom tooth, 30 minutes after my appointment should have occured!
There are no notices in the waiting room, referring to the Patients Charter, on how long one should be kept waiting to be seen for their appointment and what to do, if kept waiting more than 30 minutes, as I was.
The receptionist at the desk didn't seem interested that people were waiting for their appointments.
Finally, when I went in for the removal of my wisdom tooth, the surgeon seemed more interested in the text messages that were being received, rather than my own discomfort.
I found it a lacksidaisal system that didn't care much for me.
