"Staff care at the clinic"

About: Weston Park Hospital

Had regular appointments for 6 yrs last week for the 1st time arrived at the wrong time and my clinic had finished. The nurse taking bloods and the sister manager in the office were exceptional in their efforts to sort out my problem as I had come to get my scan results and bloods which because I was going away needed to know please if you could ensure that they and the whole team including the receptionist are acknowledged for their dedicated care and the sister phoned me in Ireland to give me my blood results .I will ask on my next visit if you have rewarded them thank you Janet goulding.
