"Cancelled yet again"

About: Christchurch Hospital

Have never been treated so badly until I moved my treatment to this hospital dermatology dept. in almost 2 years when I should have been seen at least 4 times I have been seen twice!! Bloods which should have been taken before each of the non existent 4 appointments have not been done. At a loss what to do now........

Dear Anonymous May I apologise that having transferred your treatment, your appointment was cancelled. We are currently experiencing a high demand for dermatology services together with a number of staff vacancies. We do our very best to treat our patients in a timely manner but on occasions we have had to rebook patient appointments. I understand that we have spoken with you directly about your care needs but would like to be sure of this. Please can you make contact with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01202 704886 to confirm you have your prescription and the consultant has reviewed your blood test?
