It is clear from my personal experience and listening to the patients and family around me that this trust portrays positive feedback when the care compassion and overall service is pretty poor typing from my bed nobody came near me all night no obs and I have chest pain with a history of heart issues I'm feeling sick the ward is filthy toilets smell worst ward ive ever been on this is not a one off.
