"Gastroscopy"

This week I had an Gastroscopy at DVH I was really pleased with the considerate way the staff treated me from my arrival in the unit. I was kept informed at every step. They talked me through what they saw on the screen throughout the whole experience which I found to be very reassuring and the team in the room were lovely as well. Even the nurse who booked me in also discharged me and provided helpful information. If I had paid for a private consultation my experience could not have been better!
