"Speedy removal of melanoma"

I was treated earlier this morning to have mole removed on ward 4 of RPH Plastic Surgery dept. All of the staff were friendly and reassuring. I was told exactly what was happening and my understanding and agreement were sought at every stage. I only had my consultation two working days before, was offered a short notice appt due to cancellation and I was out of the hospital within two hours of arriving. The actual surgery was extremely efficient and I was very impressed by the effectiveness of the team. Thank you.
