Wonderful Nursing Staff of all grades - nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent Ancillary staff - Domestics especially. Very Good Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. All in all - an excellent Stroke Service. However - let down by very poor Communication Skills between Senior Doctors and their patients. Very little discussion from Medics to their patients.
