"Dodgy toe"

About: Southend Hospital

After walking into a door frame I popped my baby toe out of position. Having never been in a hospital before and being new to the country I was naturally nervous. The A&E department were fantastic! Saw to me in a reasonable amount of time, talked me through everything and even gave me a giggle, especially one of the doctors. Thanks so much for the care and the laughs.

Thank you for your post relating to your visit to A&E, I am pleased to hear that the experience met your expectations. It is excellent to hear such positive feedback around waiting time and communication, I will ensure I pass this on to the relevant staff and team as they will appreciate such comments. Thank you again, your comments are important to us. Wishing you well for the future. Regards, Louise McIver Patient Involvement
