"Outpatients clinic"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I attended the Vascular outpatients Clinic today.

I arrived promptly for my 11.50 am appointment and in response to my question was told the clinic was running on time.

I was finally called in at 12.40pm with no apology for the delay.

Its surely simple organisation to keep patients informed of delays.

No commercial business would survive if it treated its customers with such contempt.

We are sorry to read that you had to wait past your appointment time and that you were not informed that this would happen. You are right, you should have been made aware of the delay. We apologise for this.

Your feedback is really important to us. We have passed your comments over to the surgery team so that they can make sure this happens in future.

Kind regards

Barts Health NHS Trust
