About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

My elderly mother was taken into A&E last night, there was understandably a wait as the department was really busy. However, I must commend you on the politeness and friendliness of the staff, in particular the consultant who saw my mother, who was lovely and immediately put her and I at ease. It's a pity I can't mention their name as they won't personally get this feedback. But just wanted to pass on our praise and to say well done and keep up the good work
