I'm a difficult patient. I strive for perfection and serenity. And the past couple of days I've been struggling with my mental health and anxiety levels due to a trauma I experienced when I was a teenager.
My cpn Melissa from manor road in carlton has been there for me when I've needed it and I have opened up to her and spoke about things I dare not speak about to others. I would like to let her know how much her support is appreciated and say a massive thank you x
