I have just found this site

What could be improved

the day surgery bedplan had my name incorrectly recorded. the nurses hardly spoke to me as they were too busy discussing holiday entitlements and maternity leave. I was sent to theatre without a name tag - fortunately i was fully awake. On return to the ward after the colonoscopy and having starved for almost 5 days I was only grudginly given a cup of tea.

Anything else?

At the follow up visit to the surgeon to discuss the results he could hardly be bothered to look at me let alone speak.

I felt as though as a person i did not exist throughout the whole experience.

I can only assume that my treatment was correct and that there were no underlying problems
