As an NHS worker who is often frustrated and angry at the levels of care we offer our patients ! I can only say the service within the dermatology department has been excellent .I have been fully involved in care process.The staff (from receptionist to consultant) heve been supportive,polite and professional. Role model for the rest of HRI ?
