"othopaedic outpatients"

I have visited teh orthopaedic outpatients department now on two ccasions with my Partner and was very impressed with the staff. The first time we visited we arrived almost an hour early for out appointment and after checking in took a seat. One of teh nurse calledmy Partners name and came over to us, she explained that unfortunately they were running almost an hour late and would we like to go for a coffee and return later to save us just stitting there. The member of staff was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The second time we visited was for Pre-assessment and again the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and polite. A member of staff was extremley helpful in finding out some information i required. I work in the NHS and was pleasantly suprised with the excellent service provided. My partner is due to have his operation next week and if the service recieved is as good as we have recieved so far we will be very happy.
