After a very nasty cyst turned to an abcess I was sent in for emergency surgery this Saturday 20th Septemebr 2014. I was admitted at 8.00 a.m in the mornng and my surgery took place at 12.00. The way I was treated by all the staff involved and surgeons was with kindness, and cheerfulness, they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Ward 31 is a lovely ward to stay in with the most wonderful staff who appear to love what they do and care very much about their patients. Sandra Harris (Sandy)
