"X-ray & scanning"

I had to visit for a shoulder scan on Monday and the results were with my GP Wednesday. My GP then re-referred me for an X-ray on Thursday. On both occasions I was treated courteously and promptly. I had a pre-arranged appointment for the scan and was only 10 mins late going in. I did not have an actual appointment for theX-Ray and was told by reception that the wait could be 45 mins to 1 hr. I was called through to a changing room within 30 minutes and then waited about 20 mins to be taken through for the X-Ray. Both in the main waiting room and the inner waiting areas, everywhere was clean and there were cleaners at their job in sight. I am more than happy with the communication and courtesy provided by staff on both visits. I think Haywood Hospital Walk in Centre and X-ray/Scan Depts are excellent services.
