What I liked

Efficient clinics. I have been involved in every aspect of my treatment having had the various options explained to me.

I found the hospital staff friendly and efficient. They are very busy so can't spend the time with patients as nurses used to, but that's not their fault.

What could be improved

Sorting out medication on discharge. I spent best part of 3 hours waiting for mine before I could leave the hospital from being told I could go home.

Anything else?

My wife was very worried about my operation and wanted to wait and see me after surgury. She waited 3 hours outside the ward. She didn't want to wait anywhere else in case she missed me. Better communication, and somewhere comfortable for relations to wait would be really good.
