"The process was very quick and efficient"

I was referred to the respiratory centre by my GP, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment in approximately 3 weeks. The staff at Princess Royal were pleasant, courteous, explaining fully what they were doing etc. The process was very quick and efficient, the results of the test took 2 weeks to reach my GP which I was happy with, but the staff at hospital said 1 week. Overall experience very good.
