"Excellent service for cardiac care"

The service was excellent, from being greeted at the entrance to the Cardiac day centre, by a volunteer, to the professionalism of the experts that then dealt with Mum's condition. Whilst we experienced a slight delay, we were kept informed, and then dealt with extremely promptly, as the severity of Mum's condition became apparent. Her pacemaker was fitted within an hour, and the subsequent care and attention provided on Ward 39 was equally excellent. Even as I wandered around the hospital, whilst Mum recovered, I was approached on more than one occasion by staff offering to help and to point me in the right direction. It's difficult for me to say how the service could be improved!
