Some incredible staff - patient, kind, informed and loving. Some staff who were rude, seemed unkind and did more harm than good with ill thought out comments.
Excellent facilities and the groups that were available (though minimal) were brilliant and very helpful.
The MBU would benefit from more optional day time structure - senior staff seemed to believe a lot more activities were in place than actually happened.
Overall, and most importantly, I believe the MBU saved my family.
