"Awaiting a review appointment which is over 6..."

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

Was due a review appointment after receiving unsuccessful treatment back in July . It was over a month after the review appointment was due so telephoned the clinic to be told the computer system wasn't working properly and an appointment letter would be sent out. Still waiting over 3 weeks later, still with no diagnosis or effective treatment.
