Overall I would say I am very satisfied with the outcome of the operation and with the professionalism in which the staff dealt with myself.

Pros:

- Doctor went beyond their duty and addressed other medical problems not related to surgery

- All staff were highly professional

- Well cared for - I had to stay overnight due to slow recovery.

- Very clean environment

Negatives:

- Far too many pre-surgery appointments

- Waiting time too long
