Earlier this year I went to the Royal Bolton, Mr. Barber's Clinic, Day Unit for a rodent ulcer on my nose. I really appreciated that they made sure I was comfortable. However, I upset that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours before my operation.
I would like to thank all the staff in the operating theatre and on the Day Unit Ward.
