"Attended the walk in and the first thing I was..."

About: Trafford General Hospital

Attended the walk in and the first thing I was told was there was a one and a half hour wait. Due to the pain in my knee I said I'd wait, one hour forty minutes later I was called in to see my doctor who's first responce was they didn't do knees and I was not their patient so go to my own surgery. When it was explained I couldn't get into my surgery he did make a short examination of my knee andsaid he thought it was arthritus but it was only a guess. I was given a prescription to go to my own doctors (who still are always full and can't see me when I've tried to make an appointment) and not come to the walk-in with an issue my doctor can deal with.
