"Treatment and cancellations"

I have been going here for nearly 4 years, after having radiotherapy, that effected my teeth. I have had so many so called plans, and as far as I am concerned my teeth are no different.

They tell me they are trying to save my teeth, but nothing really happens.

I have tried today 32 times to cancel appointments, from 9am it is now 2.30pm the line is engaged or just rings out. Normally I have to go to cancel these appointments but at the moment to ill to go.

No wonder they complain about missed appointments, well you cant cancel if you cant get through to them, then they tell you off because you missed an appointment.
