"Poor medical practice"

This is an extremely busy general practice in which it is practically impossible to book an appointment to see a doctor in the same week. There is absolutely no continuity of care in the practice.

I felt the team were unfriendly from the receptionists who were far from diligient and respectful. The pheblomist nurse was disrespectful in their approach and practice.

The doctors seem arrogant and take a doctor centred approach when seeing patients. The practice is based in a very non affluent area with a high ethnic minority population

Im glad to have left the practice.
