What I liked

I saw 3 doctors at the ENT clinic over a couple of weeks. Each of them were really excellent. Very good non-patronising communication and very professional. In fact, all staff I came across in the hospital including cleaning staff and other support staff were really friendly. I have had about five really good experiences in this hospital over the past couple of months.

What could be improved

Please get rid of the radio in the maternity unit-too much noise with the two televisions!!

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought the staff were excellent, friendly and professional. I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the ENT and catering department

In response to your comment regarding the radio on the maternity unit we will ensure that the volume is turned down and assure you that if a patient chooses, the TV and radio can be turned off .Your concerns have also been raised directly with the department involved so that they can look into them so that others don’t experience the same issues.
