I telephoned ward 6 today

I am living in Cambodia my sister is in Leics General.

I asked to speak with my sister ..I was first told I couldn't after saying I was in Cambodia I was told aright but hurry up!!!

The person came back and said my sister couldnt talk with me and would phone me back... which she couldn't as she doesn't

have my phone number and the person then put the phone down I was unable to ask any question

This is disgusting.
