After getting transfered seeing the specialist and the illness sorted out on the same day

What could be improved

Doctors to get childrens name right when talking to parents,and it needs to be more invitng and not clinical more bright colours and pictures needed

Anything else?

outpatient enquires is a joke they give you a phone number to ring which is of no use you get a person saying you should not have been put through then they put the phone down on you.the letters you recieve have no information of which department the doctor you are seeing is from.
