"Staff made me feel at ease"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Fantastic experience at St Paul's Eye Unit - no complaints. Marvelous staff, they were very courteous, I was looked after well in the theatre. The consultant (Mr Wong) and staff were very good, made me feel at ease. However, disabled parking was difficult-can be stressful following a procedure for family when collecting patient.
